YM can work well for you?

YM can work well for you?
If any one here use YM , ( Yhaoo messager) ? I didn't use it ,even if there are a lot of people want to use it and some one tell me I should download one.
but I have no experience with YM, so can you tell me if YM can work well for you?

i use trillian, most of my friends use msn, a few use yahoo, a couple use google messaging and one uses aim, but i can talk to them all from the one application!
it doesnt handle skype very well though =(
