i've just got a puny 1 GB RAM on my laptop... thinking to upgrade it but i don't want a small upgrade.. when i do it i'll go straight to 4 GB cos these things are one time investments and if you try to save money now you'll lose later...
well i have 1 laptop and 1 desktop. On desktop i have 1x512 MB @400 MHZ and in Laptop i have 2x512 MB @ 667 MHZ. But still my desktop is better in gaming then my laptop because i have 8800GT :D
I have 1GB RAM.I used to have 512MB RAM before vista out in the market.
I upgraded my computer system to install the windows vista.Earlier I worked on windows vista with 512MB RAM but it was too slow so I bought the new 1GB RAM and now I feel much comfortable.
I have 2x 256 mb sd ram. I use gaming consoles for playing games and my desktop is solely used for surfing and watching tv series and movies. These days the RAM prices have crashed to a new low. It would be adviseable for others who do not want to upgrade to a new processor should upgrade their DDR 2 ram sticks. Sooner or later DDR 3 prices will start crashing and DDR 2 will become expensive due to shortage.
I Have 1GB RAM In My Desktop And 2GB In My Laptop. They Both Are Working Fine. But In Few Days I Want To Upgrade My Desktop To Vista So I'm Going Buy A 2GB So It Will Be 3GB RAM.

Currently I am working at computer with 2Gb DDR2 800MHz ram. Well I can say I am using it all, especially when running virtual machines.
Currently I have 512 MB RAM. I'm thinking of upgrading to 1 GB soon - 512 isn't matching my needs.
