To generate a full System Health Report on Windows Vista

Follow these steps even if your computer is runing well still do this every week or so just to keep on top and problem free

1. Click Start

2. Click Control Panel

3. Click System and Maintenance

4. Click Performance Information and Tools

5. Click Advanced Tools link in the left hand panel

6. Click Generate a System Health Check Report

7. Wait for the whole process to complete this wont take long

the report lists all crital components inside your computer and possible solutions are displayed if there is problems
