Email servers, ISP's create passwords which you can easily remember. These passwords are generally short and can be easily tracked down by hackers. The passwords are composed of quickly by letters or numbers which can be obtained by hackers by doing easy permutation and combination or even easily by simple trail and error method. This is because the machine generated passwords are provided serially or following a definite sequence which one can easily know.

So the best thing is that you give a strong and difficult password which you can only remember easily and is not known to others. Make sure that this password of yours cannot be easily obtained by trail and error method. If you have taken a new internet connection then definitely your service provider will assign you a password. It's very easily to guess this as it falls in series like ABCDEF or 12345 or any others. So immediately change the password with a suitable one which you think difficult and rare. Use your mind for this. Basically it is said that the human brain is much efficient in calculations and follows different methods for remembering names, entities, figures and numbers etc. So it will not be possible for hackers to analyze and retrieve user assigned passwords easily.
