It is impossible to have all the web browsers installed on your computer. So, this website: Test your web design in different browsers - Browsershots has many web browsers and you can test how your website looks on all of them. The site will generate sreenshots of your site on all major browsers and give them to you.
NOTE: it takes a while for the screenshots to get generated depending on the server load.

but one question does it scroll down to the bottom of the page a give a screenshot of the whole page?
or only a part of it?
It takes the full picture of the page. As I found, they gave me complete length of my site. They take some time before gave the screen shots but they are great.
