The reason for slow transfers is Remote Differential Compression which to fix this problem we need to disable it this is how to do it.

 

1. Press StartStart Menu

2. Open Control Panel

3. Go to Programs and features applet

4. Select Turn on or off Windows features in the left pane

5.Uncheck Remote Differential Compression

 

Windows Features

 

 

Now its all done all your file tranfers will be much faster!
