RAM Tweak for Faster Performance
Well I have seen this tweak somewhere and am postig it here. It really works.
When your computer getss sluggish use this trick to make it faster without restarting.
The trick :
- Open up Notepad (I use Notepad++, review coming soon)
- Type in MYSTRING=(80000000)
- Save the file as MEMORY.VBE (or RAM.VBE if you like…just remember the .VBE)
- Make sure you save the file to your DESKTOP.
- Just double-click the newly created file on your desktop whenever your PC seems sluggish. It will give your RAM a much needed boost.

Can you explain me what does MYSTRING=(80000000) is ? I mean any technical information on it before i try it.

MYSTRING=(80000000).
It is code written for boosting the RAM.It makes your RAM faster if you have problem of low memory on your computer.
But I would not recommend it if you don't have any problems regarding the RAM,if you try to do it unnecessarily then it may cause some damage to the RAM on your computer system.
I think that code flushes the RAM. Your RAM stores data for the applications that are being processed. When you have multiple applications running or you have stopped using some applications just recently there are chances that data need for those applications might still remain in the RAM. This code according to my interpretation flushes the RAM of all the data it contains. It is not a healthy option as you might loose some data needed for your current application and it might crash taking your work with it. Best option is to UPGRADE your ram if you are feeling it to be slow or if you are a HIGH intensity user.
Well Its Better To Upgrade The RAM Than Getting Into Trouble By Using Non Secure Methods To Boost The RAM. Well I’m Sure Its Going To Flush The RAM And I’m Sure We Will Loose Some Important Data, May Be Some Important Files Too.
I second that. Although I have no doubt that the method mentioned above will work, I have made it a point to stop using un-secured methods. I prefer with sticking to restarting it once a while.

i already knew this and i must say it really works..
As said by perfectknight, there is some risk in loosing the data and can crash some app...
I have also read that if you have an RAM of 128 MB and below you must use Mystring = (16000000).
That code with wipe out the data the RAM or flush the data . All your applications, files and programs will loose all the data. You can recover the data if you run this script. instead of this try upgrading your RAM . I feel this is a better option.
The tweak MYSTRING=(80000000) works perfectly. I've been using it for over two years now, and it's very helpful. Just be smart enough to use it AFTER you close your applications and BEFORE you open new ones. That's it. No data loss. Even if you upgrade your RAM, it's still helpful.
