Question: where to get some free software

I have no money to buy software,and I work for my company, they will not pay anything for the software, so I want to look for some free ones.

if any one can share some good resource for free software?

    u can download free version of softwares from sites like
    http://www.download.com

    & please dont use illegal software most of those software contains malicious content ,which may damage ur PC

    What kind of software you are looking for ? I think there are so many free software you can choose from if you really want to get them.
    just go to google and you can find a lot of site to download
