The Question

I am complete noob when it comes to web design. I have read at many sites that this wordpress theme is adsense ready. Many times I installed the theme for my blog. But where do I insert my adsense code in the theme. can anyone help me in this regard. And also can I use adsense cose in non-adsense ready theme??

Can you be more specific where problem exists. Does you page look distorted or you simply don’t know where to paste it?

Yes you can use Adsense in non-adsense ready themes. Ad Sense ready themes means they are designed so that you get a easy plase to put your ads in. In other themes you just have to manually put the ads in.

There may be several issues: maybe you added more than 3 ads -some how adsense shows only three. Another thing might be if your site is new and needs some time adds to appear especially in front page.
As it is said in http://www.golod.com/wordpress-themes/adsense-ready-theme/
Add your Adsense code to the adsense_left.php file (using the 250×250 ad).

Adsense ready means different for different themes.
I may mean that the theme has blank spaces where the aps can be placed.
But in most cases these Public service ads displayed in themes till you add your adsense publisher ID not CODE to a specific file as given in the readme of the theme.
yes it is possible to add adsense ads in non-ready themes but that would require some web designing skills.
