Question: No Wireless after install

Hi I have a HP DV5215us Laptop, AMD Turion64, ATI Radeon Xpress 200m. Broadcom 4318 wireless chip.

I’ve had Ubuntu on it for the last year but due to netflix restrictions I’ve just installed XP Pro. The wireless is not working at all, not even a blue light. Any ideas what I need to do to get it up and running?
