Question: Is there a freeware program for editing video…

…(like windows movie maker) that will run on Windows 2000? I have an old machine, came with Windows 98, and now run Windows 2000 Pro. I want to import video files, edit them and be able to put in a underlying soundtrack. I’m making instuctional videos for the workplace, so I don’t show basics to every new employee. Any thing freeware would be great, or a demo.
