Question: Invalid TFTP Operation Exiting Firmware Update

What is going on?

Im here trying to assist in a software upgrade .. and as far as I know im not using any TFTP protocol in the software .. as far as I know anything fed to the printer is done in cleartext via STDOUT. It is plugged into the printer via ethernet cable, the network of which i have no control or responsibility over whatsoever.

So the printers .. all of them, just randomly started spooling this message:

Its an Epson M129H Model. Standard desk receipt printer that epson makes.

    Nevermind,

Ive read that some new devices, when plugged into a network can broadcast TFTP updates as an auto start firmware attempt.

Adam, one of the techs admitted to plugging in a new router onto the network just before this happened. Could be the cause.

By the way, Xperts exchange cries about needing a membership fee to view the solution yet when you scroll to the bottom you can see the solution anyway what is that all about?
