when using alt+ctrl+del message displayed is "Administrator has block the task manager"

    Hello tusharadee,

    Have you ever try the Registry Editor? If you did try it and you got this miserable “Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator”, then you might got infected by the “Brontok” virus.

    This kind of virus will make some changes to the system restriction, this also means its a good imposter that can perfectly hiding itself from the detection and virus cleaning as well…

    I recommended you to use this “Remove Restrictions Tool (RRT)” which it will re-enables all of the disabled functions caused by this Brontok virus…

    Hi,

    The reason why it is not working after you installed the Anti-virus is simply that your AV software, is not meant to remove a Administrative Blocked setting in the registry.

    Use RRT as suggested by wilhb81.
