Question: Antivirus trouble

Alright, so it seems I have acquired a few viruses. These are making it very hard for my computer to function. I can’t run programs like MS Paint, and I don’t think I can run any .exe files.

I have Avira, and I run a full scan, but it only gets to about 80% before it stops.

I tried downloading NOD32 under the recommendation of a friend, but the setup wouldn’t run after I installed it.
