Question: Wordpress WP_Rewrite Help ?
There's more examples over at the codex here. They show it slightly differently using a different action for the rewrite rules but it works.
Also don't forget to flush the rules. I usually add the rule flush function inside the admin_init action.
You can also do it manually by simply going into wp-admin and going to the permalinks page and hitting the save button.
