    When the Hard drive is making lots of sound then its time for a replacement. You should back up your files on a media (CD/DVD)then get prepared of the worse. Now you can reseat the Hard drive if it comes up. If you are lucky then take a backup and then go for the replacement

    I think you have a dead power supply. Try replacing the power supply. If you do not know how to do it then may be ask for a technician help.

    Well if you have the motherboad manual then you can check the beep sounds and the indicators. The beep sound you are referring to seems like there is RAM problem or CPU not seated properly. Try reseating RAM and CPU. Maybe this could fix your problem. If both of them are good then it should Hard Disk which is bad

    Western Digital is now not good. Its performance has degraded. I see people with Western Digital have lots of problems. Samsung and Seagate are perfroming good. Especially Samsung's performance and price is too competitive.

    These days most systems come ready to use . Everything is pre-installed in factory. All you have to do is connect the computer and follow the onscreen instructions and you will be up and ready in 5 minutes. You dont have build any more.
