Ok this was easy, Temporary internet files are files that use by your browser which you using firefox or internet explorer to stored the page that you visited on your hard drive, where if you deleted the file it can increase the perfomance of your computer.

so what you need to do is :

click on tools -> internet options -> settings in the Browsing History section -> View files

To delete these files, Click on Tools -> Internet Options -> select Delete in the Browsing History section -> besides Internet Temporary Files -> Delete files … and confirm

This cell phone have beautiful design with 2.0 megapixel camera. Im using this phone a few month ago but its no longer with me when I need to buy another phone now. I dont know what happen actually. This phone suddently shut and cant be re-activate. When I bring to cell phone shop they just advise me to buy another phone as the cost is same. Have anobody got this problem?
