Hi i found a bug in the setup of DiBugs.com
i think its not tuned by admin
suppose if a link is posted in a thread that should be opened in new window
but it is opening in the same window
i think admin should fix this

I don't know if this is a bug as links can be set as _self - to open in same window or _blank to open in new window. Could you be more specific where this or these links are so I could check them out.
