Installing windows though a pen-drive

hi folks, can anyone tell me how to install windows XP (SP2 integrated) through my pen-drive. i have the whole dump in my pen-drive!

read a few on google but couldn't figure them out! please help me!

First tell me if you want to do a fresh installation or upgrade the existing one. If you wish to upgrade then browse through your Pen drive locate i386 folder, then run setup.exe file. this will trigger the windows installation and will guide you through the installation.
