How to pin frequently used documents in Microsoft Office

Probably everyone knows that most programs have ability to hold recently opened files (documents) that can be accessed quickly from Open menu. But this feature works as FIFO what means First-In First-Out. So once you open any other file - older gets pushed down and eventually disappears after few more documents were opened.
Microsoft office has nice feature to deal with this. Instead of hunting frequently used documents you can just pin them up permanently to the Recent Documents list where your files always stays here for faster access.

To pin documents just click grey pin next to document name. This way your selected document will stay pinned with green pin until you unpin them. This should save tons of time.
