Drupal is not very simple script but is flexible and customizable. I you are familiar with any CMS you should give a try, if not, maybe start with something simpler like wordpress.

I can do it ,I have good experience with wordpress and also a little information about the CMS.So I must give a try as I am free from my work.
Looking to this forum I can tell you that it's not simple to design but I hope I will do it confidently.
