Download manager?

What download manager do you use? I am using Free Download Manager it is free but i think i need something more serious as this download manager offers only basic options.

so i want to hear what would you suggest.

Just the one that already come with Firefox installation. I don't find the need to search for another so I think I'll stick with this. Besides, they're already do a good job on that.

I use Opera for browsing while I want to download something. It is cool and no extra thing is needed. Sometime ago I used FlashGet for a few days, but I prefer the Opeera built-in more.

i use Flashget. it's free and easy to use and best of all it supports downloading of torrents.
