well this is a common problem with phones which has memory cards specially when you download some thing from internet or PC the problem will occur. i don't know if you went to the right person to repair it because i had this problem once and i took it to the repair shop they just took 10 minutes to formate my phone. now its working damn fine. just formate your phone and install antivirus in your memomry card. every thing will be fine.
