Yes, the same problem happened with one of my friend which was having the same cell phone i.e. Nokia 6300.
He took some applications from a computer to store it for sometime and his phone started working abnormally as it is in your case.
So I told him to format the memory card and he did so.The problem was due to the virus in cell phone.
I will suggest you to format the memory card and restart your phone.
