Command bar tips
Ok in this tips you easily start different activities by depending on the files that are contained in the folder you are currently in, where you find the Command bar just below the Address bar here.
So accessing a folder with images makes an option to open the pictures with the Windows Photo Gallery and then send them through email or burn a pictures cd.
The Organize and Views buttons are available in every folder and allow you to organize and change the view for the files and folder on your computer.

You can not say it as a tip because it is just a information and anyone can do it.
This is just an advanced feature from windows vista to make work more lenient for the user.
