Change the name of your Administrator account
In vista there are two kinds of user accounts, Administrator and Standard. This refers to the level of privileges—the things you're allowed to do. The account named Administrator is typically used to sort out problems that keep you from logging on to your normal account. As in Windows XP, you should rename the Administrator account for security purposes (just don't forget what you've changed it to). Her is how to do it.
Step 1: Right-click Computer and click Manage.
Step 2: Under Local Users and Groups, open Users.
Step 3: Right-click the one named Administrator, and choose Rename. Rename it to something else other than Administrator.
Steo4: Then right-click on the renamed acoount and choose Properties to delete its telltale description as well.
This should be done so that when you are not attending your computer someone else might gain access to it and use your administrator account and wreak havoc. So to be safe and secure change the name of the account and its description and the person with bad intentions who might get access to your computer in your absence will waste time fumbling to decide which would be the administrator account.
