Microsoft Windows Vista Service Pack 1 is officially out
At last Microsoft announced the official release of MS Vista Service Pack (SP1). About a month ago it was available for IT professionals, but today it is available for all Vista users around the world.

As Microsoft states this package will improve security and reliability level of Vista OS. There should be also an improvement in performance speed in areas like file copying, archiving, waking up from hibernate. And many more(You can read the release notes of SP1 here).
Windows Vista SP1 can be downloaded and automatically installed form Microsoft site. Currently SP1 packages are compatible with English, German, Spain, France and Japan languages. Service packs for other languages should be released in April. Overall SP1 file size starts from 65MB.
Hopefully Vista will get better, faster and more reliable.
