Gmail progress bar for slow internet speed

Today I had to connect to may gmail by using a slow internet connection speed an I noticed that after logging to your gmail account a small progress bar appears. I think this is really cool addition that lets you know.

To make gmail more speedy you can also switch to standard HTML view to avoid all dynamic content loading, that definitely eats your bandwidth.

And third option that can improve gmail loading speed is appending nocheckbrowser parameter to the URL. This will force Gmail to to skip default browser check.
