Bodybuilding Tips
A quick and easy way to find out how much memory you have installed, or how much free memory available:
Click start
run
type "cmd" (without the quotes)
press enter
In the new windows that opened (the command prompt window)
type "mem"
press enter
This information will offer you a text version of your available memory.
if you prefer a windows interface to display your memory, open control panel, and then the system icon. The right lower side will tell you how much memory you have installed.
Using task manager will also give you additional details:
click start, run
enter "taskmgr" – no quotes
press enter
click the performance tab to view the information on the bottom of the panels
